Identify yourself and the company you represent
State the nature of the trouble
A service ticket will be opened
Your call will be transferred to the Network Operations Center (NOC) to attempt problem resolution
In the event the NOC could not fix the issue, a dispatch will be arranged

Press ONE (1) if this is a traditional voice emergency, or TWO (2) if this is a computer systems emergency.
Leave a message in the appropriate mailbox with all pertinent information as asked for
The system will page the on call technician or field engineer
You will receive a call back within fifteen minutes
The technician or field engineer will determine the scope and nature of the problem
The technician will either resolve the problem remotely or dispatch to resolve the problem
AT ANY TIME, if the response you receive through normal channels is not satisfactory, or you require escalation, please contact a CTI manager from the list below:
