Kenneth Heitner, President


Kenneth Heitner is President and a founding Partner of Consolidated Technologies, Inc. (CTI), a converged communications solutions provider headquartered in Westchester, NY. As an Avaya “Platinum” certified BusinessPartner with annual revenues exceeding $17 million, CTI has been identified as a “Focused BusinessPartner” by both the Enterprise and Small to Medium Business product divisions of Avaya. Catalyst Telecom has also recognized CTI as being one of the “Top Five Growth” partners in 2004.

Mr. Heitner is responsible for the overall operation of CTI. Mr. Heitner recently completed a two-year term representing the Northeast on Avaya’s BusinessPartner Advisory Board (Dealer Council). At the start of his second year, Mr. Heitner was appointed as the Board’s Chairman. He is well known throughout the industry and an active participant in Avaya’s BusinessPartner community.

Prior to founding CTI in 1997, Mr. Heitner was Vice President of Sales for a privately held Telecom VAR in Northern New Jersey. During this time, Mr. Heitner was critical in transitioning the company from Chapter 11 status to a profitable and stable organization.

Mr. Heitner is a 1988 graduate of the State University of New York, New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication.
