Fill out the one page ClearPath MVP “Try before you Buy” application with your CTI ClearPath Account Representative.  As soon as you are approved, CTI will create your personal ClearPath MVP (Managed Voice Plus) hosted voice services account. Your account will provide service that entitles you to enterprise grade calling features, functionality (as if you had your own phone system) and service.  Additionally, you will receive a trial phone number and a State-of-the-art Polycom High Definition phone to enjoy your new service.  The service is FREE for thirty days. Your only obligations are to provide a credit card to cover a one-time set-up charge of $75 per phone, a security deposit equal to the price of the phone set, and internet access1 to which you can connect your phone. CTI will ship your pre-configured, ready to use, Polycom High Definition phone set and help you get started. Calling service includes all local, regional, and domestic long distance calls. (International long distance usage is suspended during this trial offer.) If you love your experience and would like to continue with ClearPath MVP service after the trial period, you can keep your phone and we will simply begin normal billing. Or meet with your CTI ClearPath Account Representative and we will develop an enterprise wide program for you. In the event that you do not wish to continue with the service, simply let us know before the thirty day trial ends.  Then just ship the Polycom HD phone back to us and the cost of the phone will be credited to your credit card.
