Hosted Voice Solutions Offer Smaller Businesses a Big Advantage in a Down Economy

In this tough economic environment, many small and medium sized businesses are moving to a maintenance-free hosted voice platform like ClearPath MVP in order to save money and consolidate all their communications services. A recent VoIP adoption study from Savatar Research underscores this trend, revealing 63 percent of small businesses that switched to VoIP were motivated by cost savings. And because the technology is continually updated, businesses will have immediate access to new features and functionalities as they become available on the platform.

The switch to a hosted communications solution also lets smaller companies take advantage of leading edge technologies such as VoIP, Mobility and Unified Communications without making a huge investment in new hardware or equipment.
Market research firm IDC, in a just completed study, predicts the hosted unified communications market will grow to 1.365 million seats by 2013, a compound annual growth rate of 55.4 percent.

In order for our customers to better understand the benefits of a hosted voice platform, CTI has put together a short film called "What is a Hosted Voice Solution?" The video gives a good overview of how a hosted solution works and what kinds of features and functionality are available with the ClearPath MVP solution. The film includes commentary by many members of CTI’s Management Team including President Kenneth Heitner, Chief Strategy Officer David Blau and Director of Converged Technologies, Neil Brenner.

And right now, ClearPath MVP is offering a FREE 30-day trial so customers can experience the ease and functionality of the solution before they make the decision to switch. It's a great opportunity for people who are considering moving to a hosted solution to actually "try it before you buy it." The details of the offer are explained here.
